Will I be without water?
Only while we cut in, usually an hour or two. We fit isolators as we go so the next job never needs the whole house off.
Do you tile as well?
Ade tiles it and Karolina decorates it — same firm, one invoice, and nobody blaming the other trade for the grout lines.
Do I need a new boiler or a repair?
We test the one you have first. If a £180 part gets you five more winters, that is what we quote — we are not paid commission on boilers.
How long is a bathroom out of action?
Eight to twelve days for a full refit. You get the programme up front, and we leave the loo working as long as we possibly can.
