Will you come out for one tile?
Yes — most of our re-coverings started as a £180 repair. We will tell you which of the two you are actually looking at.
Do I need scaffold?
Only where we walk the roof or work over glass. Where it is needed it is in the quoted price, never added afterwards.
Can you re-cover in winter?
Half of ours are. Stripped in sections and tarped every night, so the house is never open to the weather.
Patch the flat roof or replace it?
Dry deck and a failed joint, we patch it and say so. Wet insulation, we show you the readings before we quote a warm deck.
