Straight answers
Four we get asked every week
Whole-house work is one of nine trades out of the Harrow yard.
Can you do it a room at a time?
Yes, and most people do. We price the whole house, then run it in stages you can live with and pay for as each one finishes.
Is it cheaper than hiring trades myself?
Usually, because nothing waits. No trade turns up to a room that is not ready, and no work gets opened twice to let the next man in.
Do we have to move out?
Rarely. We keep a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom working, and we tell you in advance the week that changes.
Who is actually in charge?
Danny. One foreman from the first walk-through to the handover, and Ruth holds every certificate and inspection.
